My Story
I been working with individuals for years to help them manage stress, anxiety, anger, and a whole host of other problems that cause them problems in their career.
Workshops just don't cut it I'm afraid. If you are suffering from grief, loss, separation/divorce or addictions, then you'll need sensitive, discreet counselling on a one-to-one basis.
